General Rules and Regulations

1. OCW is an original wrestler only organization. No Stone Cold Steve Austin’s, John Cena’s, Braden Walker’s, Undertaker’s, etc. John Austin, Steve Cena, Graveyard Caretaker, etc will more than likely be rejected as well.

2. The use of other OCW wrestlers and staff is strictly prohibited in roleplays without permission. Any roleplay containing illegal usage of an OCW personality and/or wrestler will either be docked in points or discounted altogether, depending on the severity of usage.

3. All matches will be decided based on YOUR ability to roleplay. Tenure, angles, strats, or whatever the heck else will NOT count in the grading procedure. We here in OCW believe in competition, we provide an atmosphere where the most determined, talented rpers will thrive. You control your own destiny in OCW, it’s up to YOU whether or not you rise to the top.

4. In OCW, we allow our members to speak their minds. We do not like to censor segments for curse words, violence, sexual situations, etc…we believe in artistic freedom.

5. The OOC board is for Out Of Character comments…do NOT post roleplays in the OOC forum (and, vice versa, do not post OOC comments in the Rp forum). Also, do NOT talk in character on the OOC forum…if you’re name is Joe Sanders in real life and your wrestler’s name is Judge Terror…post as Joe Sanders in the OOC forum.

6. Feel free to speak your mind on the OOC Board…that’s what it’s for. We ‘lightly’ moderate things…we will only step in if something gets way out of hand or is totally inappropriate.

7. OCW can be a rough place at times…that’s the way we like it. If you get your feelings hurt easily or can’t take a good ‘ribbing’ from time to time…this probably isn’t the place for you. Dr. Phil’s fed is out there somewhere, most likely, google it.

8. If you have any issues with match outcomes, booking, moderation, segments, etc…anything, email us or hit us up on Yahoo Messenger. Our contact info is as follows: Dean: willerdelight Lurrr: lurrr1983 TGO: ocwgreatone. We are always around to explain things and help work out any issues our members may have.

9. Stealing other people’s material (roleplays, layout, etc) is strictly prohibited. If any member of the roster is caught stealing, they will either be suspended or terminated on the spot.

10. OCW reserves the right to terminate anyone on the spot for any reason.

11. You may have up to 3 characters in OCW.

Roleplay Rules

1. In OCW we have Roleplay caps which limit the amount someone can Roleplay for a match. We realize that the majority of people in E-feds have jobs, families, etc which keep them pretty busy. Therefore, we don’t want to punish them by allowing someone who sits at a computer all day to post 20,000 Roleplays before their match.

2. You may only post 1 Roleplay per day. If you post a Roleplay at 11pm and then post a second at 11:59pm, the 11pm Roleplay will be counted, the 11:59 Roleplay will not.

3. If the aforementioned scenario occurs, you may re-post the second Roleplay the following day (given the Roleplay window is still open) and it will then count for the next day.

4. We have a LINE count in OCW. Here is our formula for counting lines: Paste the Rp in Word, remove all html, adjust the format to Times New Roman, size 12. Once formatted as such, we will then count how many lines comprise the Roleplay.

5. Our line cap in OCW is 150 lines (or 2200 words). For Addiction and our Monthly Pay Per View, you will be able to post 2 roleplays at 150 lines a piece. You may go OVER 150 lines, however, we will only count 150 towards your total. If you go OVER 175, we will begin to penalize the Roleplay for running too long.

6. If you are late posting a Roleplay, even by 30 seconds, it WILL NOT count for the previous day. Under no circumstance will we allow this Roleplay to count towards your match. My advice, break the E-fedder mold, don’t procrastinate and start 30 minutes earlier, that way the deadline won’t be an issue.

7. We do not recognize any Roleplay deals in OCW. If you and your opponent strike a deal where you’re only going to do 1 rp instead of 2, fine, but we will NOT recognize it. If you get screwed on the deal, that’s between you and your opponent.

8. A typical Roleplay Window for Addiction is as follows: Thursday-Monday (5 Days to post 3 rps).

9. A typical Roleplay Window for a Monthly Pay Per View is as follows: Monday-Friday (5 Days to post 3 rps).

10. We hope you have read and understood each rule above…they are clearly defined here and if you violate any one of them, that’s your own fault.

11. And, finally…our most important rule of all, have fun. If we can all have a good time, then OCW will continue to be a success.
